1st screening with HR. Then if passed will talk with group leaders and teams. Typical question about experience, personality, mock and realistic scenario, approaches, why Pfizer, and hobbies outside work. Expectations are also asked but mainly job expectations such as team mates and a little about responsibilities
Applied online. Then the hiring manger reached out to me within a few weeks of applying. Had a zoom interview where he asked basic interview questions. Overall it was not a good fit so it did not proceed forward.
standard screen call into interview. Nothing groundbreaking just prepare. Are little rigid regards industry first mentality. Now im just typing to fill the word count. Good luck in the interview be confident
