Very incisive, far-reaching conversation about the industry in general, my opinions of its direction - my vision for directions to be taken in the domain relevant to the position. Some significant time spent on discussing my specific qualifications, both technical and re network, within the domain. Very competitive environment; a large pool of qualified applicants in a not-very-favorable employment market.
