Unprofessional interview. The one lady who worked as a trainer was so unprofessional and disrespectful. It’s one thing to ask a person about more details as to why they left a job or to stress the fact that they want whoever they make an offer to to stay for a long time, but to undermine a person’s experience just because you don’t understand a person making choices to gain more experience in their career is frankly ignorant. (Mind you, all of my experiences were 2 plus years, except for one). Then she goes on to ask ‘there were no other positions that you could’ve applied for at your other companies?’ Ummm news flash, we live in a brand new day where people aren’t getting jobs based on merit, they’re getting them based on the ‘good ol boys’ system and so now if you really want a particular opportunity, you have to get out and go get it...you don’t sit around and wish upon a star for someone to see the potential in you when you already see it within yourself. I’m relieved this position didn’t work out, it would’ve been ridiculously annoying to work with a person with absolutely no vision and a crab in the barrel mentality.
