there is a 3 part interview, 1-Hr call 2- in person HR interview 3- interview with manager. The STAR method was used and they kept asking the same questions to see if you lied.

Straight forward, fast paced screening process. Initial phone screening with recruiter, followed by phone interview with departmental director. Face-to-face panelist interview a few days later at Headquarters, followed by interview with senior leader I would be directly supporting. Overall positive experience.

Interviewed with a recruiter first for a phone screening. Then I had a 2nd interview with an administrative assistant on the same team. And my final interview was with her manager. Everyone was extremely friendly and nice.
