Initial interview, followed by a presentation with 30;60;90 day plan; the initial interview was a 1:1 which lasted 1 hour and was based on an employee referral for the position. The second was a presentation with a panel who asked questions about my 30 60 and 90 day plan to achieve the number.

Multiple round very professional. I found the team cooperative and the recruiters were direct and easy to work with. The role offered was the wrong levelling for me. Went forward to different role.

The interview process was a bit more than expected but overall, I can understand as the company is global and the right candidate is important when the organization has a global footprint.

First interview with recruiter was more informational. The second was with the sales management team and that was a little more formal. Expect "name a time when" questions. They focus a lot on quota and negotiation skills.
