J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Oracle

Initial interaction was directly from the company’s technical recruiter then there was a panel interview of consisting 2 managers.
Manager 1 asked everything about what you do and all in current position like he was trying to checkout every tactics and tools we use.
Manager 2 asked mixture of technical & experience based.
Things I found during interview:
- Since it was a startup division within Oracle with team of 5, they were expecting someone to work around the clock and be on call even during the production deployment. Well this is very unusual for security position.
- You were needed to wear multiple hats. Basically like a startup and get burned up
Negative thing is, if they’re taking such long interview and liked it very much because they gave positive feedback in the end, then why not having some mutual respect to notify the candidate about final decisions? Specifically when YOUR recruiter approached somebody who he felt a good fit.

Interview was pretty tough. And questions were out of the box, interesting. They were very friendly while asking questions which gave confidence to think and answer. It was 1 of the best interviews I have cracked so far in my career.
