Interview process is same as everywhere else, post selection offer letter and onboarding takes forever due to internal approval process

It was a college placement drive. There were 3 rounds.
First round: coding round with easy yo medium problems
Second round: technical interview with easy to medium coding questions and some cloud related questions which were easy
Third round: HR round
