I had two phone interviews. One with a recruiter and one with a manager at the company. The communication in between was sparse, but my recruiter would reply anytime I asked what was going on and why I didn't hear back. Eventually, after they extended the offer, it was over a month before I got the information necessary to move forward.

The process takes a lot of time though.
It can take weeks to get the offer and the background check is really serious.
Interview Rounds
1st Round – Talent Advisor
Introductory conversation. No technical questions, more like a friendly chat than a formal interview.
2nd Round – Manager Screen
This was a semi-technical session with the team manager. They asked me to describe what technologies I use, what I’ve done in previous roles and how would I respond to certain challenges
