The phone interview was not thorough enough. The job description claimed that there would be "Special projects" available to assist you towards advancement in the company. I was enlightened during the live interview that this was in fact not the case, and probably never would be. Other negative job responsibilities were withheld too, e.g. no contact with another human being for sometimes 4-6- hours at a time.
