Did a phone interview. Be very wary of these folks!!! I was told they've been "been looking for a while" so I'm concerned right off the bat since there are plenty of good recruiters out there.
What a clown show. Not bragging but fact is I'm one of the top 1% of IT Recruiters, been doing it for 25 years. I know my stuff. After our interview I get an email from her saying "I am not seeing a match here with our current needs at the time but I wish you the best of luck in your job search"----like that's acceptable feedback.....LOL. So I nicely ask her for some constructive criticism. This is what I get back "Our business leaders are very specific about a technical fit and we need someone who can answer their technical questions which are a lot more detailed than what I asked you." LOOOOOOL, what a joke. So that explains why she's "been looking for a while"---they are basically looking for a recruiter who is also a technical expert. Plenty of those out there!!! LOL. Maybe you should have told me that up front and I would have declined the interview you clown.
