I've only recruited for this discipline for a few months at my last client---an 800 person IT shop that only hires "A Players", 13th largest bank in the country. They know what they're doing. Told her they taught me there is no hard and fast answer to that question---can differ from company to company depending on their structure, blah, blah. She tells me I'm wrong. So you're little rinky dinky shop knows more than the IT folks at the 13th largest bank in the country.....LOL
