Avantages

The company offers a truly international environment and the opportunity to work overseas, which can be a valuable experience for professional growth and cultural exposure.

Inconvénients

Unfortunately, the international opportunities come at a high cost. During my time, I experienced an unusually toxic and unstable work environment. The company underwent frequent reorganizations—sometimes as often as every 9 months—leading to constant changes in management and team structure. This instability made it difficult to build trust, maintain consistent goals, or receive meaningful support, especially when working abroad. The focus on short-term profits and stock value often came at the expense of employee well-being. I witnessed an alarmingly high rate of burnout, with several colleagues taking extended medical leave due to stress. Workloads were unrealistic, and there was little support for work-life balance, which is especially challenging when living and working in a foreign country. Year after year, employee satisfaction surveys returned poor results, yet nothing ever changed beyond empty promises from leadership. This lack of action only reinforced the feeling that management did not genuinely care about employee concerns. Senior management made all major decisions, including layoffs, without involving line managers. This top-down approach created a culture of fear and uncertainty, where employees never knew if their jobs were secure or what changes were coming next...
