I was interviewed twice, first by the HR then by my line manager. The process was very smooth. They asked questions like why do you want to join L'Oréal, and are you familiar with technical skills like testing etc.

Got chosen to interview as part of their "L'Oreality Day" and it consisted of 2 parts in 1 day, 1 being an individual spotlight to hear more about my background, experience and questions revolved around a project of my choosing. And the 2nd part was a group business case study.
