For the assessment centre in person, we had a group task to plan things, and then personal quantitative case study. If you passed those two, you had a final one on one interview.

Assessment centre had a 1 hour group task, an individual case study with 45 minutes prep time and 10 minutes for presenting, then a one on one 30 minute interview.

The interview process was somewhat lengthy and took about 2-3 months in all. I met with HR person, then two managers, and the final round was with head director. I thought all of my interviews went well, but I ultimately did not get hired for the program.
