Interviewed for Sales Explorer position while in college. Process involved phone conversations with HR while interning and then an interview in New York. After that it was about 4 months before I heard if I had a job.

Question 1
Most questions were situational. I wouldn't say any were hard but it's always goo to be prepared. I remember one question in particular asked what role i play in a group setting and how I handle those who are not pulling their weight.
