O processo de entrevista foi muito bem estruturado. A fase com a consultoria pode melhorar, uma vez que é automatizado.
A comunicação entre as fases foi excelente, sempre com retornos rápidos e transparentes sobre os próximos passos. No geral, foi uma experiência positiva e organizada.

Primero entrevista individual con Dirección y tests. Luego Grupal con otras t personas y HR de LOreal. La próximo instancia será presencial. Avanza bastante rápido, amable y sencilla. Quieren ver cómo te desenvokves en grupo más que nada

Qué marca de LOreal admiración particularmente y por qué?
brandstorm is tough but tbh doesn’t rlly play a part in if u get hired or not. u just have to participate to get ur resume viewed. However generally just be chirpy, show ur proactive and excited to learn and you’ll be in! they also value caring abt the product and love for loreal a lot
