Assessment centre at Johnson & Johnson consisted of 4 stages: - Group task (in a group of 4) - Interview (competency-based) - Presentation (given the info prior to the assessment centre) - Excel test (we were not told about this prior to the assessment centre) The whole assessment centre lasted a day (about 6 hours)

Varied activities on the assessment day ranging from prepping and doing a group activity (you were given a charity that you had to fight for funding for), an excel test, an interview and a presentation on what your greatest achievement is (able to prep beforehand). There was also a networking lunch.

I applied online for the Finance Placement. I completed the Numerical Reasoning Test and I was then invited to a video interview. Before I managed to be invited for the video interview, I had to wait almost 1 month. The whole process took 3 months.
