Very structured and all the interviewers were so friendly and respectful. Did not get the job but the talent acquisition team provided good feedback what was lacking and how they made a decision. Very transparent and very insightful feedback that would help candidates to improve. Johnson & Johnson is probably the only company that is doing this. Keep it up. Not many employers are willing to share feedback and even bother to send to reply you why you were unsuccessful.
