Round 1: 2x Interviews at 30 minutes each. A panel of two people each interview will ask about four behavorial questions and then allow follow up questions. Round 2: 1x 30 minute interview with a panel of about three people. Another four behavorial questions followed by follow up questions for you.

I interviewed with J&J during an on-campus, MBA recruiting event. I interviewed with one person for 45 minutes. I never heard back anything after the interview. They didn't even have the common courtesy to tell me I was not selected to move to the next round, even after I emailed the individual whom I interviewed with to ask for updates.
