I had several interviews over a couple of years, since I had targeted this company and had a couple of sponsors who kept my name in front of hiring managers. When I had my final interviews, (a total of four), I felt comfortable with the team and was told that they were comfortable with me and were interested in hiring me, even before the offer was finalized.

Question 1
The most difficult question was understanding the actual scope of the job title, especially as an external hire. I strongly recommend asking what a typicaly day is like and what the current hot projects are so that you have a feel for what the title really means.

Significant time investment. Phone interviews with three VPs, HR, Line Manager. Face to face with Line managers and other Directors. 1 day assessment center. Reality turned out to be different to interview story.
