I sent in my CV with a friend who was due to start working there soon. It was a referral, which was helpful in my process. I first had a phone interview wherein the recruiter asked me some informal questions and then invited me back for an in-person interview. During the in-person interview the Recruiter was extremely likeable and asked good questions. She was really kind!
