J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez Johnson & Johnson (Skillman, NJ) en févr. 2015
Entretien
The interview was with the two project leads and was very relaxed and informal. They asked me about my experience and how it related to the current position. Times where I felt that I failed and how I could improve upon the situation. Basically regular behavioral questions were asked but in a more relaxed setting.

They were friendly and professional (they didn't bite). The good part is that the questions are directly related to the position and focus on your expertise and how it fits the role —the usual. The downside is that being a large company, the hiring process is lengthy, which can elevate stress levels between interviews.
