Starts with a competency interview that lasts 10-30 minutes and consists of 2-5 questions. Beginner questions, such as explain a time you had to overcome a challenge, or how does IBM align with your short term and long term goals, and why.

It was a really good experience but they had way too many interviews. I had about 4, and the process lasted about a month. Interviewers were nice but it was an incredibly basic process.

This interview was on hire view and asked basic questions such as "explain a time where you have been rejected at work". The hire view only gave a minute or so to prepare answers.
