It wasn't as bad but not the best from a company like IBM. It was a college recruiter, had to take some online questionnaire before the interview day. They didn't provide travel or relocation costs. But overall was a good experience

Slow, painfully slow. They take their sweet time getting back to you so most of the time you dont even know if you are still being conssidered for the role

went thru 3 rounds of interview. First is the initial interview done by the HR -> technical Interview-> client interview -> offer. After passing technical interview with the SME, I had another round of technical interview with the Project manager, tech lead and the client. Most of the questions are situational.

when the app open for the first time, it loads so slow but then the user reloads the app again without closing the browser, it now loads a lot faster but when he close the browser and open the app again for the first time, it takes some time to load again, what do you think is the issue and how will you resolve it?
