Straightforward, quick and easy 15 mins screening interview over the phone then in person interview with managers that was mostly about the personality and environment of the job and not that tech focused.

The interview process was not the best but was average , It includes a group discussion and most of the interviews are conducted in a day. If you prior experience you can make it through.
Bogus interview process. I applied foe something and they start asking question which w as not relevant for me at all. Would never apply again at IBM for any role in the future.
