The first round was the group discussion and after that you will be shortlisted for the Technical Interview where again they ask questions from the computer networks, operating systems and they also consider any major certification program experience apart from your degree.

They were asking that I am comfortable with the job profile or not as it was kind of hardware level system engineer job as you have to switch your field from software engineer to a hardware engineer.
The interview process at IBM
was smooth and straightforward. The technical discussion mainly focused on SQL join queries between two tables, along with a general conversation about AI and Generative AI concepts. The interviewers were friendly, and the overall difficulty level of the round was easy to moderate.

Then 5 online recorded behavior questions, only 1 try, no retries
Next round is meeting the hiring manager and a senior engineer in the team
