It was an on-campus placement drive. The first step was Resume shortlisting. Then after a few days, a group discussion followed by a technical Interview and hr interview was done.

The selection process of ibm is very simple. It have 3 rounds..written (objective).... document verification. ..and...interview The written test consists of aptitude...series completion and business english. To clear this level you just need practisce. Bussiness english tests your bussiness communication skills. Try solving placement papers. If you clear written...interview is just a cakewalk. Document verification was the most tiring process.....it took whole day becoz the no of candidates was very large. Interview was normal... the interviewer was very nice. He made me feel comfortable as it was my first interview experience. Good communication skill...basic technical knowledge. ..and the final year project knowledge is more than sufficient to crack the interview. .....fell free to ask query from the interview if you get a chance.
