Very relaxed process. Had a prerecorded interview, and 2 following interviews with people in the role. Questions regarding why that role and other behavioral questions. Were looking for your motivations to sell rather than actual experience.
It is more focused on soft skills and knowing how to communicate business value in addition to product differentiators to different stakeholder personas. They ask you to prepare a presentation based on a case and do role-play to test how you'd react with a client. There are two rounds with peers and management.

The interview process was relatively quick. Not extremely technical but as a candidate they like people who can explain technical things in a rather simple manner. It seems that they also like to value soft skills a lot.
