Entretien
1st interview is a phone call with the Manager. 2nd interview is a panel interview, including a 50 minute presentation with 10 minute Q&A. I chose to have a 3rd interview with a particular manager as the position was open across multiple departments. I interviewed with other companies in this industry and IBM by far took the longest to proceed through the process.

They will ask you about the topic you choose for your presentation. Questions range from clarifications, to "why does XYZ look like that in your figure".
