It was structured and not complicated, It was a 3 phase interview process, phone call, first interview and i got the feedback very quickly, then the final interview , with a waiting time around a week or a week and a half to have a formal offer

Entretien
I interviewed at Manyata Tech Park, Bangalore. Total 4 rounds. 1. Initial round with Operations Manager - Shared my current experience. Was asked why I would like to switch careers and join for an HR position. 2. Another round with Sr.Ops Manager - similar to initial round with more discussions around my existing role and how I was managing a team, talked about various scenarios. 3. Telephonic Round with the Ops Manager whose team I was supposed to join. Talked about my current role and technical knowledge around Excel and other tools that I use. 4. Final round with the Head of the Department.

Entretien
First screening interview by phone (30min). The recruiter was extremely professional and emphatic.
The second interview was by video call with two managers (45min), both were committed to creating a relaxed atmosphere and a nice a conversation about the position, my experience and career goals.
