Second Round Coding Test (HackerRank website) 4. Interviews(On Webex) IBM CIO Placement Process for Software Developer role: 1. IBM Cognify Test (Revelian website) - 10th Sep 2020 IBM's game-based cognitive ability assessment delivered by partner, Revelian. 1. quick addition, multiplication & Division 2. Moving balls to other ends when the path has hurdles. (shortest path in graphs/trees). 3. shape joining puzzle etc., Most of the students would have passed this round. They eliminate very few students in this round. Yet, this round has to be completed with at most attention. 2. First Round Coding Test (HackerRank website) - 12th Sep 2020 This round is to eliminate students those who doesn't have any experience in Coding. Any student who knows basic coding will complete this round with ease. 3. Second Round Coding Test (HackerRank website) - 29th Sep 2020 This round consists of 2 Programming and 1 SQL query. I completed 1 programming and 1 SQL. That 1 question (which I didn't solve) is not difficult but you must have an insight about our TAX (INDIAN) system to complete it. The question is that you have to tell which tax regime (New or old tax regime) will suit a person given his gross, HRA etc., Question types given to me: 1. String printing pattern 2. Tax Regime selection (New or old tax regime ) 3. SQL query question (can be completed if we know to use GROUP BY keyword) 4. Interviews(On Webex) - 14th Oct 2020 2 amazing people from IBM interviewed me. They were encouraging. They didn't ask me to code a problem. But, they analyzed all my profile like HackerRank, Github etc,. They first introduced IBM and themselves. After which I introduced my self to them. Questions posted on me: They asked me how did the coding rounds went ? They asked me about my projects. (They checked like whether I really have knowledge in my projects). They asked me about my hackerRank profile like why I have a badge half completed? Brief about your Workshops (Google Cloud and Blockchain workshop in my case) what will you do if your team mate is not working and your team have a deadline coming up? At last, 12 people got selected by IBM from my college. I am one among them.

It was good, in that they asked me about the manual testing and automation testing and also they asked me about the real time business scenarios, agile methodologies, SDLC and STLC , and about the final year project.
