Used a job board. Initial contact via telephone and e-mail. Once selected for an interview, interviewed with 4 areas. I was hosted by an great employee, who took me around the town from my hotel. If selected, then formal job offer given.

Questions were pretty laid back. It was hard because the areas were different so it was confusing to try to figure out how to answer because it ended up being multiple job possibilities.
A couple interviews with technical staff. Problem was that management indicated moving from hybrid model to full in office. That wasn't going to fly when I was doing the same job for a competitor fully remote
Very easy going, laid back. Great environment. More questions about fit than technical questions. They have a wonderful culture and are looking for those who will align with their values.
Interview was good , 2007 joined ibm India .
In Bangalore.learned lot in ibm during working in ibm. Storage and service management worked in it during the tenure.different aspects of technology learned in it.
