The interview process consisted of two one-on-one rounds: an initial phone screening followed by a video interview with the hiring manager to discuss the role and team dynamics in depth.

First they require you to do an online hirevue interview in which you get to answer questions and you have 60 seconds to prepare. There are about 3 questions in this. At the end there is a writing question you have to answer. After that you have an interview with the recruiter and then offer or no offer.
