I liked this interview process because there was only 1 round. One day, they just flew a bunch of us to there site. There were 3 back to back 30 min interviews on site, but only one of them mattered really. It was all behavioral for me. One of my interviewers was extremely socially awkward, and the interview was just very awkward. They other 2 were normal though. After the on site interview, you take the IBM reasoning test online a week or two later. Overall, it was a pretty good experience.

good as what i read online and heard from friends past experience. Would recommend to others as well. The HR person is really friendly and efficient on communication and logistics
First group interview with a problem topic shown forehead. Prepare a ppt and share it with candidates in the first round. the second round is the individual interview in which questions based on your CV are provided.

Friendly interviewer, especially for new grad. Encourage you to share your experience. The job content matched what was discussed during the interview. Did not ask unreasonable question. Also give you time to ask question about the company. Quite an enjoyable interview experience.
