3 rounds including 1 round of Hackerrank test,1 round of Technical Discussion,1 round of Managerial discussion.Interview was on weekend at Manyata Tech park.Interviewers are cooperative and understanding.Overall positive experience.Salary is most likely negotiable but upto a limit
The IBM interview process includes resume screening, technical interviews on coding and concepts, and HR round evaluating communication, culture fit, and overall suitability. Overall difficulty level is easy to moderate .
1st round is technical round and another is Manager round after that got call from HR to negotiate the package. Received the offer letter within 1 week. Technical round lasted for 45 mins and asked c# basics, .net core questions and manager round discussed about current project and latest technologies used.

It depends on how desperate they are to fill up the position given than how well you match their requirements. Usually there would be a HR screening round -> Higher manager screening -> technical round-> HR(offer discussion)
