I have received an email from recruiter just a day before the interview without being calling or sending any JD. It was mentioned that the reporting time would be 11 AM - 1:30 PM. I was there by 11:15 AM. By doing the formalities and going to the actual interview floor, it was around 12:30 PM. Waiting till 1 PM I have asked one of the recruiter about the interview commencement and got to know panel would soon be starting. Around 2 PM the interview actually starts. I was in first lot of around 10 interviewees and there were 2 interviewers. One of them completed his part early and he has been given with the next set of candidates whereas we (around 3 persons) of the 1st set of candidates were still waiting for the first round waiting for the whole day. I had my turn finally around 3:30 PM and got to know that my profile is not matching to their profile. I was really disappointed with the level of arrangements and the entire interview process.
