15 - 20 days overall process for interview and offer from manager, offer depends on manager hand if any joining Bonus also it depends on manager. Variable are use less you can expect only 10 to 20 % from it.

1st interview was with HR. General HR interview. 2nd interview was the technical one. They provided a network topology- A router with two networks on the left and right. Asked me to describe what is needed to have connectivity. Basically, they were looking for a CCNA knowledge.

There were two assessment. assessment was little bit hard but don't be upset after that because i was thinking i am so unsuccesfull at this exams. if you as good questions and the person who making interview was smart. process is so quick and people is nice.
