I had applied off campus and the process had 5 rounds : Aptitude test, Group discussion, English proficiency test, technical and HR. Aptitude test and GD is where the major chuck gets eliminated.GD topics were mostly current affairs. In the English Proficiency round they check how well are your writing skills by giving a few topics and letter writing questions
