Interview process was very lengthy, it took months with 3 rounds of interviews. I guess understandable given the number of applicants that would've applied for the job but not a great experience for applicant.
Four interviews with predecessor, country manager, manager, and manager's manager. The questions were reasonable but not easy. It took about a month to complete the process. Hope this is helpful.

What did you do when you faced opposition from BU?
One short HR screener followed by a single interview with hiring manager and one other team member. Quite conversational, no assigned tasks or prep required beyond the ordinary interview prep. However didn’t hear back within my assigned time frame as was agreed so was unable to consider offer.

Entretien
The initial interview was challenging - the interviewer asked on the spot questions that I did not expect such as what would you do in this type of negotiation etc. Additional rounds were more conversational. Fairly straightforward. Interviewed with 3 or 4 different attorneys.
