J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez IBM
Entretien
i applied online and received an email to do the aptitude test & virtual interview about a month later. the aptitude test was tricky (mainly looking at number sequences and trying to identify the pattern and predict the next few), and i honestly thought i bombed it -- i also felt like my recorded virtual interview went pretty poorly, so i wasn't expecting much. fast forward to 3 weeks later, i get an email requesting my resume. i then get scheduled to interview with the IBM summit manager, who asks me general behavioral questions and then at the very end, asks me to sell her something. it's not too difficult, but i definitely wasn't expecting to have to do that. interview went well, and the manager was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. after that, the process moved a lot faster, and i had another phone interview a couple days later on a friday to interview with a manager from the host city i'd be working at. interview was mostly a resume walk through, and again manager was super friendly. i heard back the following monday and received an offer through a phone call.

After the documents were accepted, there were some assignments, including written work and a presentation/project style work. Once these were reviewed there was a final interview. The whole process took about 2 months.
There was one online interview that took a while to hear a response back from. After that interview, I had two more Zoom Call interviews with managers across IBM and that was it.
