They had me do a 4 hour digital interview where I answered 3 coding questions and filmed me responding to personal questions. After I completed the interview I received an email stating that I would be contacted by an IBM representative and never was.

The process began with initial resume shortlisting, followed by competitive **DSA and coding rounds** to test core technical concepts. After clearing those, I cleared two comprehensive interviews with the **Hiring Manager/Tech Expert** and **HR**.
