Entretien
Initially interviewed with IBM for my co-op term in school. Had to write an online aptitude test first at home. Time was limited for the test and I don't think I had enough time to finish the test, but the questions weren't too difficult nor tricky. Then had an 1 on 1 interview on campus. It was not a technical/skill interview, and only asked about experience and stuff.
After a few co-op terms, they have opening and so I just continued working there for full time after graduation.
good as what i read online and heard from friends past experience. Would recommend to others as well. The HR person is really friendly and efficient on communication and logistics
First group interview with a problem topic shown forehead. Prepare a ppt and share it with candidates in the first round. the second round is the individual interview in which questions based on your CV are provided.

Friendly interviewer, especially for new grad. Encourage you to share your experience. The job content matched what was discussed during the interview. Did not ask unreasonable question. Also give you time to ask question about the company. Quite an enjoyable interview experience.
