Recently I went to gave an interview in IBM & what a pathetic experience it was. Initially I got a call from a guy who i supposed to be an HR but was an Admin guy. (Strange enough). he dropped me the mail about my interview scheduled without any job description which made me unclear about what is the position they are looking for .. Then I went to the reception area & asked that lady about my Interview schedule & the lady at the reception was talking in a completely unprofessional language & asked me to call the guy who called you for interview .. I was like WT.. Then came the interviewer & started of with all basic questions & it continued to be all basic level interview. I mean they asked me nothing about my current job profile & a guy with an experience about 5+ years in the software industry is been asked to draw defect life cycle .. ohh common please. this I dont think should be an IBM standard. 2nd scenario : I have been first asked to list down all the use cases to test the yahoo web page & when I started listing down, the lady said that it should be in proper format with actions & expected result. I said test cases have proper formats & then she was like oh ok .. continue writing. Once I completed my test cases, the lady then said to review the that test plan to the seniors. I was like .. what does want .. use case, test case or test plan or test strategy .. ? & the worse part is I'm rejected for answering all fresher level questions.

quality of questions asked were relevant to the candidate and role. Talent aquisition mailed and 2 back to back interview planned. First interview was about HR skills and expected salary and the second one was technical; DSA question were asked (Two sum)/Code refactor about 45mins
