It was a video interview with two preset questions and 1 minute of preparation time. You have a week to complete the interview, which takes about 20 minutes in total.

I first completed a video assessment, which included quite a few behavioral questions. After that, I had a 45-minute 1:1 interview with a UX researcher. It was mostly behavioral and felt fairly challenging. Then I had a 1-hour 1:1 interview with a UX designer, which focused on my portfolio review and was relatively straightforward.
