After the initial call with an uninspiring HR rep who said I'd hear back within 24 hours, I had to follow up after a few days just to hear that they're not moving forward with my application. That's totally fine, but it felt strange to have to contact him just to get rejected.

Did you work with OKRs, did you had to create QBRs?
Two things I liked: The people I spoke with were very friendly. Hubspot give you a lot of materials to prepare for interviews.
Two things I didn't like: I was not informed from the outset of how many rounds of interviews and tests the interview process would consist, and I actually still don't know. It took too long after interviews to learn whether you were invited to join a next step.

Entretien
There was an initial screening interview with a Talent Acquisition team member, then a Manager interview. I withdrew my application before the Manager interview. I felt that the culture at HubSpot was not in alignment with industry standards, or my expectations. A couple of examples of this: I was told by the initial interviewer that the manager would want the successful candidate to 'bleed orange'. Secondly, after looking at the potential interview questions, there was a question along the lines of 'tell me about a time you had to fire a friend'. For these reasons, I felt that the organisation lacked professionalism.
