J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 5 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez HubSpot (Seattle, WA)
Entretien
3 rounds, first with a recruiter, then with a manager, then with 4 team members (about 2 hours) and a presentation about a case study with one of the people
Two things I liked: The people I spoke with were very friendly. Hubspot give you a lot of materials to prepare for interviews.
Two things I didn't like: I was not informed from the outset of how many rounds of interviews and tests the interview process would consist, and I actually still don't know. It took too long after interviews to learn whether you were invited to join a next step.

There was an initial screening interview with a Talent Acquisition team member, then a Manager interview. I withdrew my application before the Manager interview. I felt that the culture at HubSpot was not in alignment with industry standards, or my expectations. A couple of examples of this: I was told by the initial interviewer that the manager would want the successful candidate to 'bleed orange'. Secondly, after looking at the potential interview questions, there was a question along the lines of 'tell me about a time you had to fire a friend'. For these reasons, I felt that the organisation lacked professionalism.
