Entretien
30 minutes competency interview with an associate and vice president working in the division. Mostly competency questions, nothing too technical. They are generally looking for people genuinely interested in banking. Make sure you prepare your answers and not ramble on for too long. They want to listen to your key points, not your story.

First I completed the online application, which consisted of some information about me, my studies, my cv and my cover letter. Then after more than a month I got invited to a video interview. I completed it the following day, and then after about 2 weeks received a call with the offer.

I had three stages of interview, the first two were technical and the final one was through Hirevue. The Hirevue questions were basically situation based questions, you have to look into the camera and smile (Don't forget to blink)

The process was very straight forward. I applied online (Motivational Statement + Resume) in January. I was invited to the Online Interview shortly after that (2 weeks) and was offered a place after it a few weeks after the interview.
