I had three stages of interview, the first two were technical and the final one was through Hirevue. The Hirevue questions were basically situation based questions, you have to look into the camera and smile (Don't forget to blink)

First I completed the online application, which consisted of some information about me, my studies, my cv and my cover letter. Then after more than a month I got invited to a video interview. I completed it the following day, and then after about 2 weeks received a call with the offer.
