This interview process was three rounds (phone interview, Zoom interview with supervisor, panel interview) plus a homework assignment that took several hours to complete. I had a positive experience with the recruiter, who took the time to check in and explain the process to me, and also gave me the courtesy of a phone call to let me know at the end of the process that they had decided to go with another candidate. Very professional all the way through.
