I was always their backup candidate which I got to know only after they said we have filled the role and took down the job postings. 1) phone screen with recruiter 2) case interview with Senior Manager over phone 3) homework - case assignment and presentation to Senior Director After this, I was told that I have done well and I have cleared the rounds. They said would get back to me in a week on next stages of interview (which would be an on-site interview). A week later I was told that they have chosen the other candidates for the roles. I also found out that the job postings have been taken down. Thank you so much for wasting my time, Glassdoor! Do keep in mind that interviewees spend time and effort in interviewing and in doing case practices. Appalling!

Really comprehensive and great process where I was able to meet with the entire Biz Ops team. Did a take-home and presented to the hiring manager. There were also a few casual case studies and behavioral interview questions that I felt were appropriate.
